Dino-Lite DermaScope® Polarizer HR 200x (MEDL7DM) verfügt über eine 5-Megapixel-Kamera und Vergrößerungen von 10 bis 70x und ca. 200x. Auch dieses DermaScope® Modell verfügt über ein eingebautes und voll einstellbares Polarisationsfilter, um den Glanz-Effekt der Haut zu reduzieren. MEDL7DM hebt sich von MEDL4DM auch durch das schlanke Metallgehäuse ab.
Die Modelle Dino-Lite DermaScope® Polarizer 200x sind Sondermodelle mit einer viel höheren Vergrößerung, die oft für spezielle dermatologische Anwendungen oder zum Beispiel für die Analyse von Hautbiopsien eingesetzt werden. Dank der hohen Vergrößerung dieses Modells können Verdachte auf Nävi mit größerer Genauigkeit analysiert werden. In der Praxis wird dieses Modell für die Analyse und Interpretation von Biopsien und anderen Präparaten eingesetzt, kurz gesagt, mehr für die Laborforschung.
