Das EarScope Pneumatic (MEDL4EP) ist eine kompakte und sichere Lösung für das Ansehen der Trommelfell und die Ohrmuschel. Das MEDL4EP hat eine 1,3-Megapixel-Auflösung und eine Vergrößerung von 55 ~ 90x. Es kommt mit einem Gummiball, der einen Luftstoß in den Gehörgang gibt. Damit kann der Arzt sehen wie das Trommelfell bewegt wird. Bei diesem Modell werden Einwegaufsätze in 2 Größen (2,5 und 4 mm, je 10 Stück) mitgeliefert.
