Il dispose d'un filtre d'émission passe-longue de type 510nm et 610nm qui est conçu pour observer un large éventail de fluorophores avec des applications en biologie du développement, en pathologie et en anatomie.
Le AM4115T-GRFBY a la capacité de commuter la source de lumière des 480nm voyants lumineux de rayonnement ultraviolet proche au voyant lumineux 575nm, qui est pratique pour la fluorescence teintée d'une double couleur. Tous ces facteurs font du AM4115T-GRFBY le plus petit microscope à fluorescence dans le monde, capable de nombreuses applications et de visualiser un large spectre de fluorescence.
