Dino-Lite DermaScope® Polarizer HR (MEDL7DW) har et 5 megapixel kamera til optagelse af skarpere billeder med flere detaljer og er udstyret med et indbygget og fuldstændig justerbar polarisationsfilter til reduktion af glanseffekt i huden.
MEDL7DW har to forskellige forstørrelsesniveauer (cirka 20x til cirka 45x) uden behov for ændring af afstanden til huden. without the need to change the distance to the skin. Hvis den ekstra hætte anvendes, er det også muligt at optage et billede af et større overfladeområde med en forstørrelse på omtrent 10x. MEDL7DW skiller sig også ud ved sin slanke metalinkapsling.
