Le microscope numérique Dino-Lite AM4115T-YFGW est optimisé pour la recherche et la visualisation d'objets fluorescents en utilisant des 525nm témoins lumineux. Il possède un filtre d'émission de 570nm qui est conçu pour observer Cy3 et TRITC.
Comparé au microscope à fluorescence du type à filtres d'émission à bande passante, le filtre à émission type passe-longue de Dino-Lite offre une visibilité et une sensibilité sur une gamme plus large de longueur d'onde de fluorescence. Le modèle AM4115T-YFGW est capable de basculer la source de lumière du témoin lumineux 525nm LED excitation vert au blanc, ce qui convient pour localiser les objets et obtenir une mise au point facile.
