Dino-Lite AM4115T-YFGW digitalt mikroskop är optimerad för forskning och visning av fluorescerande objekt med hjälp av 525nm lysdioder. Den har ett 570nm emissionsfilter som är utformat för att observera, inkluderad men ej begränsad till, Cy3 / TRITC.
Jämfört med traditionell typ av fluorescensmikroskops bandpass för emissionsfilter, ger Dino-Lite lång passning emissionsfilter synlighet och känslighet över ett större utbud av fluorescerande våglängd. AM4115T-YFGW har förmågan att växla ljuskälla från 525nm excitation lysdioder till vita lysdiod vilket är bekvämt för att lokalisera föremål och få en enkel fokus.
