Dino-Lite AM4115T-GFBW dijital mikroskop 480nm LED'ler kullanarak araştırma ve floresan nesneleri görüntüleme için optimize edilmiştir. GFP (yeşil floresan proteini) dahil ama onunla sınırlı olmamak üzere gözlemlemek için tasarlanmış 510nm emisyon filtresine sahiptir.
Geleneksel floresan mikroskopların band geçiş tipindeki emisyon filtreleri ile karşılaştırıldığında, Dino-Lite'ın uzun geçiş tip emisyon filtreleri daha geniş bir floresan dalga aralığında görünürlük ve duyarlılık sağlar. Yeşil floresan objeler mikroskop altında yerlerinden fırlarlar, yeşil parlaklıklarını açıkça görebilirsiniz. AM4115T-GFBW objeleri rahatça bulabilmek ve kolayca odaklanabilmek için ışık kaynağını 480nm uyarma maviden beyaz LED'lere değiştirebilme özelliğine sahiptir.
