Das Dino-Lite AM4115T-GFBW Digitalmikroskop ist die perfekte Lösung für Forschung und Wiedergabe fluorisierender Objekten Es ist ausgestattet mit 480nm LEDs und einen 510nm Emissionsfilter und ist somit bestens geeignet um Fluoreszenz wieder zu geben, unter Anderem GFP (green fluorescent protein).
In Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Fluoreszenz-Mikroskopen mit "Band-Pass"-Emissionsfiltern, verfügt das Dino-Lite über einen sogenannten Langpass-Emissionsfilter und bietet somit die Möglichkeit, einen größeren Bereich der Fluoreszenz-Wellenlänge wieder zu geben. Grüner Fluoreszenz ist einfach zu erkennen anhand des grünen Leuchten. Zur einfachen Lokalisierung des Objektes und einfachen Fokus kann das AM4115T-GFBW umschalten zwischen den 480nm Anregung LEDs und einen eingebauten weissen LED.
