Dotato di luci di eccitazione a 620 nm e di un filtro di emissione da 655 nm ~ 950 nm, questo modello cattura le emissioni di sonde fluorescenti come CY5, Alexa Fluor 647 e Qdot 655. Questo modello è inoltre dotato di AMR (Lettura Automatica dell’Ingrandimento) per facilitare le misurazioni.
